We can develop for noise reduction in a variety of types of fans, including resin cross flow fans and resin propeller fans.
We use 1/12 octave band analysis to identify the source of the noise and design a fan shape that improves quietness.
We can also customize the design and prototype fans for noise reduction according to customer requests product appearance.
We use fluid analysis to predict air volume and static pressure of products, and then develop and design resin propeller fans and resin turbo fans to achieve larger air volume.
We also use airflow simulation technology to create a flow field that meets the needs of the customer.
By verification of fluid analysis, we develop and design blade shapes of fans that reduce the static pressure applied to the fans, and we can propose various resin fans with high energy efficiency.
Additionally, we can perform fluid analysis with the fan assembled in the customer's case.

We provide developing and design high-strength resin fans that improve fracture toughness of rotating, without sacrificing fan performance by use the latest structural analysis software such as centrifugal analysis as above to verify our designs.
